Rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit through mindful breathing and yoga practice at the Reginald F. Lewis Museum. This class applies healing techniques of yoga to alleviate specific trauma related problems (physical, mental and/or spiritual). Therapeutic Yoga is utilized as treatment to help heal human illnesses.

Note: Participants should bring yoga mats and wear comfortable clothing.
