As America’s roller rinks are threatened with closure, United SKATES spotlights communities who fight to save the underground African-American subculture of roller skating. Following the showing, participate in a conversation with the film’s cinematographer and see a roller skate performance from Baltimore Rec & Park’s Shake and Bake Family Fun Center.
