Early 20th Century African American History


Educators will examine historical and cultural events that affected African American communities from 1900-1945. The Great Migration and the Harlem Renaissance will be covered through hands on activities and lectures. This course includes lessons covering social studies, literature and the fine arts. Time: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. MSDE Credit Earned: 1 credit hour
